Tim & Amelia: A Royals Engagement at Kauffman Stadium

This engagement session was definitely unique and I learned probably the most I ever have at a photo shoot. Tim is a huge Royals fan so they both got a Grand Slam Tour of the Royals’ Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, and got to bring me along to take their engagement photos! We got a behind-the-scenes look at Kauffman Stadium, who just hosted the 2012 Major League Baseball All-Star Game here this past July. We got to visit the Outfield Plaza, Royals Hall of Fame, and tour areas not normally open to the public, including the Royals Dugout, Crown Club, and visitor’s clubhouse, everything’s so fancy! If your interested in having your engagement photos taken here, you have to make a reservation in advance, but its totally worth it and you can learn a lot about this local legend along the way! I love it when my couples choose locations that tell their own unique story, it gives so much personality to their photos and is really cool to see them in an environment they feel comfortable in. Tim and Amelia, I had so much fun getting to know you two and I’m so excited for your wedding in December!!
