If you’re interested in having Pure in Art Photography shooting your wedding, first of all… thank you for considering me to be your photographer!! Use my Contact Form to provide details including your wedding date, location, and contact information.
If I am available for your date, we will set up a consultation (via phone, Skype or in person) to get to know about each of you and you as a couple, talk about your big day, go over your wedding timeline, and make sure that we are a good fit for each other. We will go over pricing and view my sample wedding albums and a few other products so that you can start thinking about how you want to display your images after the wedding.
Once you decide you want me as your wedding photographer (YAY!), all you need to do is sign my wedding contract and provide a check for the $1,000 non-refundable retainer fee to officially reserve your date on my calendar.
Then we will book and shoot your engagement session. This is the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other and to help you get comfortable in front of my camera. You’ll have some wonderful images to share to announce your engagement and to use in save-the-date cards to send to your guests.
About one month before your wedding, we will meet one last time to finalize your timeline and to collect the final balance.
After the wedding, keep an eye out on social media for some sneak peeks from your big day as well as a blog post with a preview of your images. Your final wedding gallery will be ready to view in approximately 6-8 weeks. Once you see them, you will have the opportunity to purchase custom-designed albums or beautiful canvas wall art to display in your home. I will also provide you with a link to your Online Ordering Gallery to share with your friends and family (especially out-of-towners) who would like to see all of your photos and order prints for themselves.

Assuming you have viewed and adore my work already, the next step is to use the Contact Form to set up a date and time that will work for both of us. Then all you need to do is send in a check for the session fee and signed contract.
I am an on-location photographer. I am open to coming to your home for sessions, going to the park, or pretty much anywhere you’d like as long as it’s within the city limits. The best time to shoot is during the “golden hour,” which starts approximately 1.5 hours before sunset. I am available Monday through Friday and occasionally on weekends if I am not booked with a wedding. If you need to reschedule or cancel, the session fee will not be returned but it may be applied toward a future session within 6 months of the original session date. Studio access is also available for an additional fee. Travel fees will apply for travel for 15 miles outside city of Tucson, AZ.
One or two days before the session, I will email or call you to confirm our meeting time and place. Since I shoot mainly outdoors, our session will be weather-dependent and we can discuss that day if we need to reschedule.
After the session, your images will be ready to view in approximately 3-4 weeks. Once ready, I will email you to schedule a viewing session (in person or via Skype) for you to view a slideshow of all of your photos. During this time you will have the opportunity to purchase additional products such as custom-designed albums, prints, or beautiful canvas wall art. After your viewing session, I will release your blog post, post images to facebook, and also provide you with a link to your Online Ordering Gallery to share with your friends and family who would like to see all of your photos and order prints.
