Faith & Jackson | Austin Wedding at The Allan House

I LOVE this story of how Jackson asked Faith to marry him, “Jackson is in a band called Sour Bridges here in Austin. They were having their album release on May 31st. Him and his friends had put in so much hard work preparing this album, and we were all anticipating the album release show at the Historic Scoot Inn here in Austin. I showed up to the venue around 9, and greeted all our friends.  here was a huge crowd awaiting the lovely Sour Bridges to perform for them. Half way through their set, nature called and I snuck away to the ladies restroom. One of my good girl friends came into the restroom frantically looking for me and quickly escorted me out and to the front of the stage where Jackson and all of our friends were singing the song that we first kissed to. He got down on one knee in front of a crowd of 300 and asked me to be his wife, I said yes and we danced the night away. It was so special because of the fact that he had all of our friends singing this song as he proposed, we are the couple we are because of the amazing friends we have surrounding us. To have them all involved made it a beautiful moment.”

This was my first time experiencing the city of Austin, Texas and every. single. person. I came in contact with was SO so sweet. I first met Faith when she was a bridesmaid at Josh and Addie’s wedding last fall. Jackson and Faith and their families and friends were so full of joy and love for each other, which is clearly portrayed in all of the images below. The emotion in Jackson’s eyes as Faith was walking down the aisle is the way every bride wants their man to look at them. And the reception at The Allan House was an amazing party full of energy that went late into the night. Thank you all for your hospitality and for inviting me to be a part of your wedding!
