When your wedding theme is FIESTA, how can it be anything but an amazing good time?! And what a perfect day it turned out to be. They got married in the backyard of her best friend Deanna’s parents’ home near Bear Canyon in Tucson, Arizona with the Catalina Mountains serving as the perfect backdrop.

Since Britt and Jack met at the University of Arizona, they incorporated this into their wedding by having the bridesmaids dressed in navy and the groomsmen wearing red bow ties. And a special shout out to some of my favorite vendors who made this wedding so special and unique. Britt’s makeup was so pretty with the red lips by I Do Hair & Makeup Artistry. And all of the fiesta colors came full circle with the elegant wedding bouquets put together by Posh Petals! And how gorgeous is her J Bridal wedding gown?! That big beautiful bow on the back is to die for! Skylar with Skylight Weddings & Events truly blew it out of the park with this beautifully coordinated wedding.

To start off the party, they had lawn games consisting of cornhole, ladder ball and giant Jenga and had pineapple and chipotle infused margaritas and blueberry infused lemonade vodka as their signature drinks. The reception was held just across the lawn to dance the night away beneath the starry sky.

I photographed their engagement session on Mount Lemmon last year and I have been looking forward to their wedding ever since! There is something so special and humble about these two, how they love each other and how they connect with those around them. Several of their friends and guests at their wedding were telling me just how much Britt and Jack meant to them and how they’ve touched their lives and I couldn’t agree more. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know the two of you and it has been such an honor to be able to document this happy time in your lives <3
