I know that all of you can take your own photos and save the money, but a good way to look at it is like someone trying to sell a house on their own versus you selling it for them. The reason that they end up hiring you is because you are good at what you do. You are good at selling houses and I am good at taking photos, so let’s work together and sell your houses faster.

Pricing

Flat fee based on the square footage of the home:

$100     > 2000 sq. ft.
$150     2000-4000 sq. ft.
$200     4000-6000 sq. ft.
$300     < 6000 sq. ft.

The current state and local sales tax of 8.1% will be added to all fees.

The non-refundable fee includes the photographer’s time and talent photographing the home and the digital images via download. This fee is due at the time of booking and payable by check or PayPal. Once you decide to book with me, I will email you my contract to sign and we will schedule a date and time for the shoot. You will receive an email with your edited images within 24 hours of the session.

Prices based on homes in the city of Tucson. Travel outside will require an additional travel fee.

If the house is full of furniture and its messy or cluttered, I will charge more for the time to have to move things around in order to make the photo look good.
