Emilee & Charlie | Sunrise Desert Couples Session | Tucson, AZ

Emilee and Charlie are both in the military, and while they live in different cities far away from each other, they make it a point to keep their marriage strong by meeting up whenever possible. I was thrilled when they contacted me to do a sunrise desert couples session to remember their weekend trip to the beautiful city of Tucson. Even though we all had to be up before 5 am that day, it was 100% worth it to capture that soft golden desert light! Emilee chose the perfect soft white gown for some nice contrast against the desert backdrop and was so brave to (carefully) go barefoot too. In fact, it was me (like always) that got stuck by a cactus LOL! And I loved Charlie’s joyful, giggly personality whenever he loved on his wife! The funniest part was right after the photo shoot when we all had the exact same idea and ran into each other in line at Starbucks where they treated me to some much-needed coffee fuel (thank you!)! I’m not usually up before at least 7am on any given day so it was a pretty liberating feeling to know that I had SO much time left in my day!!! Thanks again you two for sharing your morning with me, it was so nice to meet you both 🙂
