Y’all better get ready for one of the cutest couples on earth! I met Alex and Jake through church a few years ago and it was such an honor when they asked me to be their wedding photographer! I knew after their sweetheart engagement session that documenting their love story was going to be so easy, because they truly adore one another and don’t hold back on showing each other love and affection. They are always joking around and have the biggest smiles on their faces.

They got married on a PERFECT day in October at an outdoor Tucson wedding venue, Kingan Gardens, nestled in the heart of downtown in Tucson, Arizona. The wedding was lovely, elegant, and a little bit vintage with lots of thought put into the little details that made up their decor. Alex embraced the fall season and filled her wedding with burgundy, peach, champagne and blush colors. Patty with Sauliz Floral Dezign knocked it out of the park with floral design of roses, calla lilies, daisies, and carnations. One of my favorite details of hers was that extra fabric from her wedding gown was wrapped around the stems of her bridal bouquet. A couple of Alex’s talented bridesmaid’s surprised her with an a cappella mashup of several love songs! This was one of the best dance parties I’ve attended, as it seemed like nearly EVERYONE was on the dance floor the entire night. And they treated all of their guests with a sweet ending to Isabella’s Ice Cream Truck at the end of the night!
