Mandi & Eric | Engagement Pictures on Mount Lemmon

This fall brought along the most gorgeous orange and yellow leaves up on Mount Lemmon, just a short drive up from Tucson, Arizona, creating the perfect backdrop for Eric and Mandi’s engagement photo shoot. Just like me, autumn is their favorite season, and while it has still been hot in Tucson, this was the perfect spot to get away from the heat and go out for a little afternoon date in the woods, complete with a stop for red wine, hors d’oeuvres, and light reading of their favorite novels! Mandi used her design background talent to put so much thought and creativity into their engagement session and it really paid off!

And I’m pretty sure I asked where every single element of her outfits came from because she’s just a naturally stylish person! They had the perfect outfits to coordinate with the locations and I’m excited to add them to my engagement style guide. Starting off with crimson and blue plaid shirts to really add a pop of contrast against the forest leaves and ending with a beautiful olive green dress and a J.Crew style layered look for Eric at Windy Point. And THAT RING! I am loving the influx of unique stones recently and Mandi’s light blue sapphire is no exception! And a special shoutout to Christopher with Pretty Girl Beauty Bar for her professional hair and makeup.

I really enjoyed getting to know the both of you guys a little better during our trip, hearing all about your love story and how timing was truly on your side, and all of the new recipe ideas you recommended! I’m so excited celebrate the next chapter of your lives at your wedding next October <3
