Brittany & Kevin | Windy Point Engagement Photos | Tucson, Arizona

After this crazy year that 2020 has become, I was getting so excited to start photographing my couples again! I was thrilled to have started it out with Brittany and Kevin’s sweetheart session for their Windy Point engagement photos! This gorgeous landscape up on Mount Lemmon provided the perfect scenery for their fun and natural-posed  inspired pictures that look like they came straight out of the pages of a magazine 😍 When we took their photos at the beginning of  June, a lightning strike set ablaze a portion of the Catalina Mountains in Tucson, and although it’s obviously a huge tragedy, I believe that beauty can come from the ashes and will bring us as a city closer And stronger together, and created some of the most unique backgrounds that truly tells a story that I’ve witnessed while creating a photo. Arizona makeup artist, Hannah Sapone, did a fabulous job on Brittany’s makeup, keeping it classic, elegant, and highlighting those stunning eyes of hers.

Kevin asked Brittany to marry him after she graduated from law school last year in May. They spent a few days in California, enjoying the amazing Disneyland, waking up early to go to Laguna Beach, and finally to the secluded Table Rock Beach. Kevin told her that he had a present for her and when she opened it, Brittany saw that it was a book of “our love story,” which he had her read out loud, starting from the beginning of their relationship and ending with “now we’re here at Laguna Beach asking you to marry me!” Alllll the heart eyes right?! 😍😍😍 This embodies what I have learned about them and the thoughtfulness that Kevin puts into everything he does for her.
