Megan and Jorge’s colorful Agua Linda Farm wedding was absolutely beautiful! Agua Linda is one of my favorite outdoor wedding venues in the Tucson area with its secret garden vibe, luscious landscape, and cooler weather all year long. They chose this wedding location immediately after arriving for a tour because Megan said it felt like a little bit of Michigan in the desert (where she’s from) and Jorge liked that it was outdoors, which is where he prefers to be. It is a perfect venue for smaller, intimate weddings where couples just want to relax and celebrate their day with all of their closest friends and family. And it doesn’t hurt that it has some of the best views and scenery for their out-of-town guests to enjoy!
At the beginning of May, Agua Linda Farm was abloom with spring colors and the weather was perfection. Family and friends were genuinely having a great time thanks to their gracious hosts, who had bottles of wine at each table, lawn games to play, and lots of dancing throughout the night. Wedding coordinators, Soiree Girls, executed their vision of having a classic and rustic wedding that was incredibly unique to Megan and Jorge as a couple. The main color scheme was coral and other bright colors, accentuated by a succulent inspired, sage-green and dusty blue tones achieved using the florals designed by Bloom Maven. Each dinner table held a framed art print of a local Sonoran desert animal or plant by artist, Aall Forms of Life. Their ceremony included poems in both English and Spanish, as they both speak both of these languages and it’s an important part of their relationship. And with their background in salsa dancing, Megan and Jorge’s first dance was a favorite moment for their guests to enjoy.
Thank you, Megan and Jorge, for inviting my team to photograph your big day! My lead associate photographer, Audria, and second shooter, Melissa, did a fantastic job capturing even the of tiniest details to all of the meaningful relationships that surrounded them. It has been such a delight going through your photos and seeing every single joyful moment that was documented. Congrats again!
